DAVINCI Resilient seat GATE VALVES are manufactured through a multi-step process that begins with casting the valve body, typically from ductile iron for strength and durability. The internal gate, made from metal, is coated with a resilient material like EPDM or NBR rubber (as required by our partners) to ensure a tight seal and prevent all kind of leakage.
Precision machining ensures proper fit and function of internal components, including the stem and bonnet.
The rubber-coated gate is inserted into the valve body, and the valve is assembled and pressure-tested to ensure performance. Finally, the exterior is coated for corrosion resistance before packaging and distribution.
